Forgotten Carrots

With this beautiful weather we were outside doing yardwork all day today. I had forgot about my carrots in the garden. I had pulled them about the middle of summer and they weren't quite ready. Well of course with 4 kids busy schedule I forgot about them. They are huge now and ready to go!!!! These will go great in Fall soups,with roasts or just plan old cooked carrots.Not bad for a 10 cents pack of seeds.
